Real worship must have depth. Worship that is cheap or easy is not worship at all…it is going through the motions! We must remember that worship is more than songs and music. We must remember that worship takes place everywhere…not just here on Sunday morning! Worship really only makes sense when we are willing…I said willing…to pay the pay the price. Are you willing to the pay the price…for real worship and you ready to REDISCOVER WORSHIP?

Do you KNOW YOUR ENEMY? Sometimes I am the enemy! I know that we would prefer to think that Satan and sin are the only enemies we need to worry about, but that is not the whole truth is it? Sometimes…not all the time…but sometimes I am the enemy! Sometimes God is trying to work in my life…and I keep getting in God’s way! It is not Satan…it is not sin…it is me! It my thought processes, it is my worries, my attitudes, my actions…it is me being disobedient!

Do you know your enemy? You may think that he/she is setting near you…you may think that your enemy stole your boyfriend/girlfriend, money, job, house, car, etc. Is He or she your enemy? I mean really your enemy? Why did Jesus tell us to love our enemy? Perhaps there is more to this whole enemy discussion than what we normally think about. Perhaps there is a human enemy that we should love and a spiritual enemy that we should loathe! Perhaps the church as allowed the world’s thinking to overtake the church’s thinking! Is it really possible to love our enemies? Did Jesus really mean what he said? If he didn’t then what did he mean? If he did, then why are so many people disobeying HIM? Do you know your enemy? What do you do with THE ENEMY AT CHURCH?

This morning I want to talk to you about LOVING GOD WITH VISION AND PURPOSE! God has given each of you a vision and purpose. It is up to you to discover God’s vision and purpose for your life! He has given the church a vision and purpose! Why is this important? Because LOVING GOD WITH VISION PURPOSE keeps us on the right path.
